Allahabad Bank, Kolkata, West Bengal, has invited applications from skillful and capable Indian candidates for recruitment 2013, for the posts of Security Officer (Specialist Cadre) in JMGS I.
 
Candidates’ selection will be made on the basis of their performance in Written Test and Personal Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the Test / interview. The test / interview schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Junior Commissioned Officer and equivalent in the Indian Army / Navy / Air Force, Or
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Police Officer not below the rank of Inspector, Or
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer of identical rank in Paramilitary Forces
Age Limit:
  • Candidates should be below the age of 35 years
  • Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC / PWD / EXS candidates provided as per Government norms.

How To Apply:

  • Online registration began from April 6, 2013 and will close on April 22, 2013.
  • Before filling the online application form, candidates have to pay a fee amount of Rs 400 / Rs 50, through Challan, which can be downloaded from the Bank’s official website.
  • Candidates should make the payment of fees amount in any branch of Allahabad Bank in the Account No. 50116372909, in the Name & Style of “Security Officers Recruitment Project 2012-13”.
  • After payment of the fees, the bank will generate a Challan Copy with details of Branch Name, Branch Code No., Journal No., and Date of Deposit, which candidates are required to fill in the online application form, for its completion.
  • After successful submission of the application form, the system will generate a Registration Number and Password, which candidates should keep with them for future reference.
  • After submitting the application form, candidates should take a printout of the filled-in application form, as it will have to be submitted at the time of interview along with the fee payment Challan copy and copies of all relevant certificates.
