Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, has invited applications from eligible, knowledgeable and capable professionals for recruitment December 2012, for various posts. The recruitment is to be done for the following positions:
  • General Manager (Finance) (Grade VIII)
  • Additional General Manager (Personnel & Administration) (Grade VII)
  • Deputy General Manager (Personnel & Administration) (Grade VI)
  • Deputy Manager (Personnel & Administration / Mechanical / Electronics / Computers / Electrical / IMM / Radar / Liaison) (Grade III)
  • Management Trainee (Finance) (Grade II)
For all managerial posts, candidates' selection is to be done on the basis of their performance in the Interview, and on the basis of Written Test and Interview for the posts of Management Trainee. The test / interview schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidate’s call letter.

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:
General Manager (Finance) (Grade VIII)
  • Must have Membership of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, Or
  • Must have Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Or
  • MBA Degree or its equivalent or Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Finance with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum 18 years of post qualification work experience in Medium / Heavy Industries, preferably in PSUs, in the relevant area, with minimum 1 year experience in the immediate lower pay scale or its equivalent
Additional General Manager (Personnel & Administration) / Deputy General Manager (Personnel & Administration) / Deputy Manager (Personnel & Administration)
  • MBA Degree or its equivalent or Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in HR / PM&IR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Science / Social Welfare / Social Work with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law is desirable.
  • For AGM (P&A): Minimum 16 years of post qualification executive experience in Medium / Heavy Industries, preferably in PSUs, in the relevant area, with minimum 1 year experience in the immediate lower pay scale or its equivalent
  • For DGM (P&A): Minimum 14 years of post qualification executive experience in Medium / Heavy Industries, preferably in PSUs, in the relevant area with minimum 1 year experience in the immediate lower pay scale or its equivalent
  • For DM (P&A): Minimum 5 years of post qualification executive experience in Medium / Heavy Industries, preferably in PSUs, in the relevant area with minimum 1 year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent
Deputy Manager (Mechanical / Electronics / Computers / Electrical / IMM / Radar / Liaison) (Grade III)
  • For Mechanical / Electronics / Computers / Electrical Discipline: Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years Integrated Course in Engineering / Technology in the relevant field with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
  • For Radar Discipline: Master’s Degree in ECE with specialization in Microwave & Radar Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
  • For IMM discipline: MBA Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Material Management / Supply Chain Management with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
  • For Liaison Discipline: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Medium / Heavy Industries, preferably in PSUs, in the relevant field, with minimum 1 year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent
Management Trainee (Finance) (Grade II)
  • Must have Membership of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, Or
  • Must have Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Or
  • MBA Degree or its equivalent or Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Finance with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
Age Limit:
  • 54 years: General Manager / Additional General Manager
  • 55 years: Deputy General Manager
  • 35 years: Deputy Manager
  • 27 years: Management Trainee
  • Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC candidates provided as per organization norms

  • Online registration began from December 15, 2012 and will close on January 28, 2013 till 1600 hrs.
  • For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs 400, drawn from any nationalized bank, in favor of Bharat Dynamics Limited, payable at Hyderabad or can make online payment through Net Banking Facility by Visa / Master Credit Card & Debit Card.
  • Candidates should mention their name and registration no. on the reverse side of the DD.
  • After successful submission of the online application form, the system will generate a Registration Slip with Unique Registration No., which candidates should print out and use for the further process.
  • Candidates are also required to send the Bio-data along with the Registration Slip, which can be downloaded from the official link of BDL: http://bdl.ap.nic.in/advt2012-5-141212.htm
  • Registration Slip, along with duly complete Bio-data, DD / Online payment slip, and self-attested photocopies of all required certificates, should be submitted to The AGM (HRD), Bharat Dynamics Limited, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh) - 500058, by post on or before February 7, 2013.
