EdCIL (India) Limited, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, has invited applications from well-educated and experienced candidates for recruitment 2012, for various posts. The recruitment is to be done for the following positions:
  • Project Manager
  • Project Officer
  • Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
  • Contract Specialist
  • Office Assistant
Candidates' appointment is to be done on contract basis, for Department of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in academic, work experience, skill test (if required) and personal interview.
 
Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the test / interview. The test / interview schedule will be intimated to all short-listed candidates, by the selection committee. Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:
Project Manager
  • Master’s Degree in Law from a recognized University
  • Degree / Diploma in Human Rights / Social Science from a recognized Institute
  • Minimum 7-10 years of work experience in Development Projects, including some experience of Rural Communities and Civil Society organizations, preferably in the North Eastern States and Jammu and Kashmir
  • Should have good understanding of issues pertaining to access to justice, legal empowerment and rights.
  • Should have proficiency in English language, with excellent writing skills
  • Should have good command over Hindi and other languages spoken in North Eastern States and Jammu & Kashmir State
Project Officer
  • Degree in Law / Education in Human Rights or Social Science from a recognized University
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant professional work experience in Development Projects, including some experience of Rural Communities and Civil Society Organizations, preferably in the North Eastern States and Jammu and Kashmir
  • Should have good understanding of issues pertaining to access to justice, legal empowerment and rights
  • Should have proficiency in English language, with excellent writing skills
  • Should have good command over Hindi and other languages spoken in North Eastern States and Jammu & Kashmir State
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
  • Master’s Degree in Economics / Population Science / Political Science / Social Sciences / Public Administration / Rural Development from a recognized University Or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University, with minimum 4 years of work experience in the relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant professional work experience in Development Projects, including some experience of Rural Communities and Civil Society Organizations, preferably in the North Eastern States and Jammu and Kashmir
  • Should have good understanding of issues pertaining to access to justice, legal empowerment and rights
  • Should have proficiency in English language, with excellent writing skills
  • Should have good command over Hindi and other languages spoken in North Eastern States and Jammu & Kashmir State
Contract Specialist
  • Degree in Law from a recognized University
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant professional work experience, preferably with Government Sector, with sound knowledge & understanding of Government of India Contracting and Procurement Rules & Procedures
  • Should have good knowledge and understanding of relevant Laws and Regulations
  • Should have experience of managing Contracts or Contractual Matters
  • Should have proficiency in English language, with excellent writing skills
  • Should have good command over Hindi and other languages spoken in North Eastern States and Jammu & Kashmir State
Office Assistant
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University
  • Diploma in Computer Application from a reputed Institute
  • Sound knowledge of Financial Management will be considered as an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience preferably with the Government / International Organization
  • Should have proficiency in English language, with excellent writing skills
  • Should have good command over Hindi and other languages spoken in North Eastern States and Jammu & Kashmir State
Age Limit:
  • Candidates should be below the age of 50 years.
  • Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PH candidates provided as per organization norms
