Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the academic qualification, work experience, written examination and personal interview.

Candidates short-listed in the initial screening or on the basis of written examination will be called for the interview by the selection committee. For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain an IPO / Treasury Challan (required amount) drawn in the favor of Haryana Govt. Treasury, under the Head “0051-H.P.S.C.-(103)-Staff Selection Commission, Haryana.
Application form, duly complete in all respect, along with attested passport-size photograph, attested Treasury Challan / IPO and attested photocopies of all relevant certificates, should be submitted to The Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Bays No. 67-70, Sector - 2, Panchkula (Haryana) - 134151, by registered post, on or before July 16, 2012.
Candidates should mention “Advertisement No. ________, Name and Category of the Post Applied For _________” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
