KVS recruitment 2012 For Various Posts

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), New Delhi, has invited applications from skilled aspirants for recruitment 2012, for various Officers Cadre and Non-Teaching posts. The recruitment is to be done for the following positions:
  • Principal
  • Administrative Officer
  • Finance Officer
  • Assistant
  • Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
Candidates’ selection will be made on the basis of written examination and personal interview. The written test is scheduled to be held on April 22, 2012. The written examination will be held at Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jabalpur, Jammu, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Port Blair, Raipur and Ranchi centers. The written examination schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.

Eligibility:

Principal
  • Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 45% in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  • B Ed Degree or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
  • Good knowledge of Computer Applications
  • Candidates should be above the age of 35 years and below the age of 50 years.
Administrative Officer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the supervisory post in administration in the pay scale of Rs 6500-10500
  • Good knowledge of Computer Applications
  • Candidates should be below the age of 45 years.
Finance Officer
  • B Com Degree with minimum 50% in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 4 years of working experience as Account Officer / Audit Officer Or
  • M Com Degree with minimum 50% in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 3 years of working experience as Account Officer / Audit Officer Or
  • CA / ICWA or MBA Degree with minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Good knowledge of Computer Applications
  • Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.
Assistant
  • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as UDC in a Govt. / Public Sector Organization
  • Good knowledge of Computer Applications
  • Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as LDC in a Govt. / Public Sector Organization
  • Good knowledge of Computer Applications
  • Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
  • Class XII or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board
  • Should have Typing speed of minimum 35 WPM in English and 30 WPM in Hindi on Computer
  • Should have working knowledge of Hindi
  • Good knowledge of Computer Applications
  • Candidates should be below the age of 27 years.

How To Apply:

  • Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can fill the online application form by visiting the official link of KVS: http://ibpsreg.sifyitest.com/kvljan12/
  • Before filling the application form, candidates are required to pay-in the application fee of Rs 1200 / Rs 750 through Challan, which can be downloaded from the official link of KVS.
  • Candidates can pay the fee amount in any bank, in the Name of Indian Bank, Branch Name: Mehrauli Institutional Area, New Delhi, Account No.: 405046333, IFSC Code: IDIB000M089 and Beneficiary Name: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, from February 14, 2012 till March 14, 2012.
  • After paying the application fee through Cash Voucher, the bank will generate a Bank Name, Branch Code No., Journal No., and Date of Deposit & Amount, which the candidates are required to fill in the online application form for completing their form.
  • After successful submission of the application form, the system will generate a Complete Application Form with Unique Registration No. and Password, which the candidates are required to take print-out and keep it with them for future reference.
