LGBRIMH Accounts Officer & Assistant Administrative Officer Recruitment 2012

Lokopriya Gopinath Bordoloi Regional Institute of Mental Health (LGBRIMH), Tezpur, Assam, has invited applications from well-qualified and experienced professionals for recruitment 2012, for the following posts:
  • Accounts Officer
  • Assistant Administrative Officer
Candidate’s appointment will be done on deputation / contractual basis. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of personal interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening on the basis of academics and work experience will be called for the interview.

Eligibility:

Accounts Officer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Arts/ Science from a recognized University / Institute
  • Should hold analogous post on regular basis Or
  • Minimum 5 years of regular service in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs 6500-10500 (Rs 9,300-34,800+GP Rs 4600) or with 8 years of regular service in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs 5500-9000 (Revised Pay band of Rs 9,300-34,800+GP Rs 4200)
  • Should have passed in the Subordinate Accounts Service / JAO orits equivalent examination conducted by any of the Accounts Department of theCentral / State Government
  • Sound work experience in the Accounts Finance & Budgetary Matters, and other related fields / Organized Accounts Cadres / Assam Financial Grade Services is desirable.
Assistant Administrative Officer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce from a recognized University / Institute
  • Should hold analogous post on regular basis Or
  • Minimum 3 years of regular service in the post, in the pre-revised scale of Rs 5500-9000 (Revised Pay band of Rs 9,300-34,800+GP of Rs 4200) or minimum 8 years of regular service in the post, in the pre-revised scale of Rs 5000-8000 (Revised Pay band Rs 9,300-34,800 + GP Rs 4200) in Central / State Government / Central Autonomous Body / PSUs
  • Should have 2 years of experience in Administration / Establishment / Procurement related works

  • Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with the DD, one passport size photograph, last 5 years ACRs dossier’s / attested copies of last 5 years ACRs, and attested copies of all relevant certificate / documents, should be submitted to the Administrative Officer, LGB Regional Institute of Mental Health (LGBRIMH), Tezpur (Assam) - 784001, by post on or before October 31, 2012.
  • Candidates should mention “Name of the Post Applied for_______” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
