Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering and Research (SAMEER), Mumbai, Maharashtra, has invited applications from knowledgeable and experience Indian professionals for recruitment 2012, for the following positions:
  • Registrar
  • Head, Finance & Accounts
Candidates’ appointment is to be done on direct / transfers (absorption) / deputation basis. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the interview. The interview schedule will be intimated to all short-listed candidates, by the screening committee. Eligibility:

Registrar
Direct Recruitment
  • MBA Degree in Personal / Finance / HR or CA / ICWA Degree, with minimum 15 years of work experience in the relevant field Or
  • Post Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University / Institute, with minimum 18 years of work experience in the relevant field Or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with PG Diploma in Personal Management /Finance Management from a reputed University / Institute, and minimum 20 years of work experience in the relevant field
  • Should have work experience on a responsible position, in the field of Personnel Management / Financial Management / Administration.
Transfers (Absorption) / Deputation Basis
  • Should be a Officers of the Central Govt. / Govt. R&D Organizations / Universities / Autonomous Bodies / PSUs, and hold analogous post or have minimum 5 years of regular service in the pay bandof Rs 15600-39100 + GP Rs 7600
  • Should have essential qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment
Head, Finance & Accounts
Direct Recruitment
  • Degree in Commerce from a recognized University, with minimum 20 years of work experience in a responsible position, in the area of Commercial, Finance and Account, and have competence in Computer Operations, Or
  • Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from a recognized University, with minimum 15 yearsof work experience in a responsible position, in the area of Commercial, Finance and Accounts, and have competence in Computer Operation, Or
  • MBA (Finance) or CA or ICWA / SAS (Commercial - IAAD / ICAD), with minimum 10 years of work experience in the area of Commercial, Finance and Accounts, and have competence in Computer Operations
  • Must have work experience in a senior level position, in the field of finance and accounts, and have familiar with the Government Functioning, preparation of budget, income tax, audit and related matter, and have exposure in working of Autonomous Bodies.
Transfer (Absorption) / Deputation Basis
  • Should be a Officers of the Central Govt. / Govt. R&D Organization / Universities / Autonomous Bodies /PSUs, and hold analogous post or have 5 years of regular service in the pay band of Rs15600-39100+GP Rs 6600
  • Should have adequate knowledge of Government of India rules andregulation, with good exposure to Finance and Accounts
  • Should have familiar with the Government functioning / exposure of working of Autonomous bodies, preparation of budget and related matter
Age Limit:
  • 50 years: Registrar
  • 45 years: Head, Finance & Accounts
