Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), New Delhi, has invited applications from qualified and dynamic professionals for recruitment 2012, for various posts. The recruitment is to be done for the following positions:
  • Group General Manager (Civil)
  • General Manager (Civil)
  • Joint General Manager (Civil)
  • Senior Manager (Civil)
  • Manager (Civil)
  • Assistant Manager (Civil)
  • Manager (Finance)
  • Deputy Manager (Finance)
  • Accountant
  • Contract Engineers
Appointment of candidates is to be done on regular basis for the posts of Managers and Accountant. For the post of Contract Engineers, recruitment will be done on contractual basis for a period of one year, which can be extended further as per candidate performance.
 
Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the academic qualification, work experience and personal interview. Eligibility:

Group General Manager (Civil)
  • BE / B Tech Degree or its equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute / University
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from a recognized Institute is desirable.
  • Should be a Government Officer and working in the pay scale of Rs 37400-67000 (CDA) (with grade pay Rs 8900) or its equivalent
  • Minimum 20 years of post qualification experience in Civil Construction work, out of which minimum 10 years experience should be in the field of Civil Constructions of Buildings, Roads, Bridges and Highways etc.
  • Candidates should be below the age of 50 years.
General Manager (Civil)
  • BE / B Tech Degree or its equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute / University
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from a recognized Institute is desirable.
  • Should be a Government Officer and working in the pay scale of Rs 37400-67000 (CDA) (with grade pay Rs 8900) or its equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years of post qualification experience in Civil Construction work, out of which minimum 8 years experience should be in the field of Civil Constructions of Buildings, Roads, Bridges and Highways etc.
  • Candidates should be below the age of 45 years.
Joint General Manager (Civil)
  • BE / B Tech Degree or its equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute / University
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from a recognized Institute is desirable.
  • Should be a Government Officer and working in the pay scale of Rs 37400-67000 (CDA) (with grade pay Rs 8900) or its equivalent
  • Minimum 12 years of post qualification experience in Civil Construction work, out of which minimum 6 years experience should be in the field of Civil Constructions of Buildings, Roads, Bridges and Highways etc.
  • Candidates should be below the age of 40 years.
Senior Manager (Civil)
  • BE / B Tech Degree or its equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute / University
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from a recognized Institute is desirable.
  • Should be a Government Officer and working in the pay scale of Rs 15600-39100 (CDA) (with grade pay Rs 7600) or its equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in Civil Construction work, out of which minimum 5 years experience should be in the field of Civil Constructions of Buildings, Roads, Bridges and Highways etc.
  • Candidates should be below the age of 40 years.
Manager (Civil)
  • BE / B Tech Degree or its equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute / University
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from a recognized Institute is desirable.
  • Should be a Government Officer and working in the pay scale of Rs 15600-39100 (CDA) (with grade pay Rs 6600) or its equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of post qualification experience in Civil Construction work, out of which minimum 4years experience should be in the field of Civil Constructions of Buildings, Roads, Bridges and Highways etc.
  • Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.
Assistant Manager (Civil)
  • BE / B Tech Degree or its equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute / University
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from a recognized Institute is desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in the field of Civil Constructions of Buildings, Roads, Bridges and Highways
  • Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.
Manager (Finance)
  • CA / ICAI Degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI)
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Candidates should be below the age of 40 years.
Deputy Manager (Finance)
  • CA / ICAI Degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI)
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.
Accountant
  • CA / ICAI Degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI)
  • Minimum 6 months of working experience in Accounts & Finance
  • Candidates should be below the age of 28 years.
Contract Engineers
  • BE / B Tech / B Sc (Engg.) Degree in Electronics & Communications / Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute / University
  • Minimum one year of post qualification experience in the fields ofNetworking with good understanding of Computer Hardware, Networking Concepts, Audio / Video equipment and the related equipment used in studio setup such as video conferencing equipment, mixer, speakers, audio-video, streaming, recording, non-linear editing, etc.
  • Candidates, who haveVSAT Experience, will be preferred.
  • Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.
