Indian Bank, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, has invited applications from eligible, skillful and experienced candidates for recruitment April 2013, for the following positions in various areas of operations:
Retired Executives (Scale VI / V)
  • Information Technology
  • Risk Management
  • Marketing
  • Vigilance
  • Recovery Management
Retired Officers (Scale IV / III)
  • Organization & Methods / Management Information System
  • Recovery Management
  • Inspection & Audit
Candidates’ recruitment is to be done as Officers on special duty, at the level of Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager / Chief Manager / Senior Manager. The appointment will be made on contract basis for a period of one year, which can be extended further for another period of one year, on the basis of candidate’s performance.
Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Personal Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the Interview. The interview schedule and centre address will be intimated to all short-listed candidates through call letter.   • For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs 400, drawn in favor of “Indian Bank-Engagement of Retired Executives / Officers”, payable at Chennai.
  • Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with recent passport size photograph, DD, and copies of all required certificates, should be submitted to The Deputy General Manager (HRM), Indian Bank, Corporate Office, HRM Department, 254 - 260, Avvai Shanmugam Salai, Royapettah, Chennai (Tamil Nadu) - 600014, by post on or before May 11, 2013.
  • Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of _______” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
